（中央社記者游凱翔台北20日電）藝人李蒨蓉日前駕車撞傷一名身障騎士遭訴，但雙方調解破局，台北地院依過失傷害罪嫌判拘役40日，可易科罰金。

李蒨蓉去年在台北市開車擦撞一名身障騎士遭起訴。台北地院3月開庭，雙方對和解金額談不攏，結果調解破局。

台北地方法院因此依過失傷害罪判李蒨蓉拘役40天，可易科罰金；另外，台東房貸利率比較 因賠償金仍遲未有共識，北院預計下週開庭調解。

李蒨蓉去年4月開車載友人，自台北市基隆路高架橋南下匝道，在多向路口違規右轉至外側車道撞上一名身障騎士的機車，這名身障騎士因此受傷控告李蒨蓉過失傷害罪，後來兩人未和解，案經檢察官起訴，聲請簡易判決處刑。1050520
